F8650E acts as the core logic processing unit of HIMax SIS system, undertaking all safety interlock calculation, field I/O signal collection and safety action output control. It is the most critical core spare part for SIS cabinet maintenance.

When the system reports CPU mismatch, frequent master-slave switching, persistent communication failure or hardware diagnostic alarms, the F8650E module needs to be replaced immediately. For project spare inventory, redundant configuration of one spare F8650E per SIS cabinet is recommended to ensure uninterrupted safety operation.
